Accounts and authentication
Lawtrain processes account and profile information, including name, email, mobile, user identifiers, address or pincode where supplied, profile information, authentication and verification records, session state, and Google Sign-In identifiers used to verify access.
Search, location, and appointments
Lawyer search and appointments can process specialization, pincode, selected lawyer, purpose or notes, date and time, mode, attendees, status, and Google Calendar or Meet metadata. When nearby search is invoked with permission, the mobile app sends precise coordinates to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to derive a pincode; manual pincode entry remains available.
Payments and subscriptions
Appointment, Basic, and FLG records can include Razorpay order and payment identifiers, amounts, verification state, Commercial Receipts, reconciliation or refund records, plan dates, status, and benefit use. Lawtrain does not ordinarily receive or store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or online-banking passwords.
FLG, cyber, documents, and support
FLG can process family/member details, relationships, lawyer, plan, matters, messages, document metadata, access grants, and switch or cancellation requests. Member-controlled privacy applies. Cyber and support services can process incident, loss, transaction, evidence, file, contact, status, and communication information supplied for those services.
